Pioneering Solutions from Sieger
Cone to container (C2C) solution from Sieger consists of cone transport automation, cone image processing system, pallet forming, pallet transporting, Auto-line yarn conditioning with pre-conditioning, de-palletizing, followed by packing of cones automatically in poly bags/sacks, carton boxes and pallets, automatically storing them in ASTOR (vertical storage) and delivering the material near the point of loading into containers.
Roving Transportation System from Sieger comes in three configurations – fully automatic, semi auto and manual system. The Rovemaster – Inline can be adopted for a variety of roving transport systems for different bobbin sizes. With an open rail with sturdy aluminium rail for ring frame, speed frame, weaving machine, angular inclination of guide rollers and interlocking design, stability and smooth operation are a given. Rows of parallel buffers are located at vantage points which makes the material available at ring frame within the shortest possible time. Dense buffering helps to reduce fluff accumulation.
Sieger’s Lap transport system is an innovative solution to automate the seamless transfer of laps between the lap former and comber machines. This cutting-edge system eliminates the need for manual intervention, ensuring precision and consistency in the handling process.
Automatic Cone Packing System has modules for wrapping of conical or cylindrical yarn packaging in polythene film and packing them into HDPE bags or carton boxes. This system eases out the material handling processes and reduces the depending on work force.
Automatic Over Head Travelling Cleaner comes with a state-of-the-art aero dynamic design optimization. There is an efficient air flow using CFD technique. Its unique features include high performance current collector for longer life, special conductor strip for efficient bus bar system, lightweight and interlocking chamber design for better stability and coated filter mesh for better cleaning. Sieger’s OHTC ensures efficient air flow using CFD technique and what more, maintenance is also easy!
